Our experience at Cafe Show Seoul 2021
The Cafe Show Seoul has been known for an event where passion for coffee & the industry overflows. The 20th Seoul Int’l Cafe Show was held on 10-13th November at COEX in Seoul, South Korea.
The show concluded with successful numbers of 625 exhibitors and 110,000 visitors thanks not only to eased covid restrictions but also to incredibly sharply rising Korea's coffee market. In these few years, we have had the chance to witness a growing number of South Koreans starting to appreciate the distinct and elegant floral, herbal, and citrus notes of Ethiopian coffees.
We had the privilege of meeting numerous wholesale importers who have shown a keen interest in discussing their Ethiopian supplies for the year. The list gets even more interesting as we also get the chance to engage with South Korea’s coffee connoisseurs from leading roasting businesses, major cafe franchises & respected coffee professionals within the industry.
The Cafe show along with our South Korean presence has enabled us to learn the needs & interests of our new importing partners whilst strengthening our relations with existing ones. We are continuously working along at processing stations, farms, & with various stakeholders to supply the best from 2021/22.
