World of coffee is SCA’s annual event focusing on vibrant competitions. This year the event traveled to Milan for the first time hosted at the Milano Convention center. Coffee professionals from around the globe have been attending the 5 coffee championships(Latte Art, Coffee in Good Spirits, Cup Tasters, Cezve/Ibrik, and Roasting) while they had warm discussions along with fine cups of coffee. It has been indeed a warm event for the coffee community in the fashion city & home of Espresso.
Trade through the Ethiopian coffee week
ECX's floor ended with the export-grade trade of 14,059kg of natural coffees with silent Thursday & Friday at the trading floor.
It is generally considered coffee served in airlines does not match the expectation of customers and at times is delivered below the average standards. But this seems to be changing as airlines are increasing their commitments to using fine quality coffees & developed brewing equipment.
