Singapore International Coffee Convention & Specialty Coffee (Micro-Lot) Hybrid Auction 2021 will take place in about a month. This is the second time the event has been organized to assist coffee producers and importers from around the world. The coffee samples of this year’s Cup of Excellence have surpassed that of the previous year by 400, disclosed by the Ethiopian Coffee Exporters Association (ECEA). over 1,800 coffee samples have been submitted to participate in this year’s Cup of Excellence Competition surpassing the 1,400 samples recorded last year.
